Welcome Packet- Forest Path Immersion

We are looking forward to spending 3 sacred days together in ceremony! Here are some details about what to expect. Please read the entire page as there are many important factors to consider as you prepare for ceremony:

Please enter the first drive way - east of the tennis courts, it is a dirt driveway.
Parking is in the field on the east side of the driveway.
During this sacred retreat, you will be held and nurtured on 27 acres of land near Sparta, MI. The connection to Pacha Mama will be some of your best medicine. Walk the labyrinth, enjoy the medicine garden, wade in the sandy-bottomed stream or traverse the bog walk during integration. Be sure to bring a bathing suit and towel to enjoy the hot tub, cold tubs & wood-fired sauna. Food and cleaning are all provided as well as lodging in a cozy private sleeping pod equipped with a supportive mattress, bed linens, comforter and a pillow. The pods also have a nightstand, power outlets, a fan and a reading light. Please bring your own towels - both for bathing and hot tub use.
Accommodations:
Sleeping pods are available $150 for the 3 nights
You may sleep in the temple or camp for no additional cost
Camper hook ups is $50 for the weekend
Arrival to the Temple: 3-4PM
Please know it is not a good idea to fly the day of arrival and the first ceremony. We generally recommend all travel the day prior to the retreat start date, and staying nearby on the night prior.

What to Bring:
Extra mat/ padding and blankets for your nest. The floor is concrete. You will have a yoga mat width of space so please be aware of how much you are bringing.
A special blanket and pillow/cushions that brings comfort
Water bottle
Journal
Sacred pictures or objects to hold or place on the altar
Eye mask and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper
Swimsuit and towels
Personal items to be comfortable during the weekend, walking shoes, extra layers in the cooler months
Please check the weather; if rain is scheduled the property can be muddy and we would recommend bringing rain boots
Meals:
All meals will be included (after ceremony soup, and brunch). Feel free to bring your favourite snacks to share or anything else you will need to stay comfortable.
Immersion Schedule:
Day 1 - Arrival 4pm, Orientation 4-5pm, Ceremony 5-11pm
Day 2 - Light Breakfast 9am, Relax/ Enjoy Nature 9.30am-11am, Brunch 11.30am, Rest 1-4pm, , Ceremony 5-12pm
Day 3 - Light Breakfast 9am, Relax/ Enjoy Nature 9.30am-11am, Brunch 11.30am, Rest 1-4pm, Ceremony 5-12pm
Day 4 - Breakfast 9.30am, Integration Circle 10.30-12.30pm, Departures 1pm onwards
